Welcome to Arbor View Dental. Our practice provides comprehensive dental care for the entire family with a focus on your comfort, smile and dental health.
We specialize in comfortable comprehensive dental health. Your comfort while we work on your teeth is our top priority. We strive to make your visit pleasant and enjoyable. We want you to be able to relax and look forward to your next appointment. How do we do this?
Our motto is that we firmly believe that, "prevention is better than care." Preventive care is relatively inexpensive and cost effective. It does not cost a arm and a leg and can help you save money, time, & reduce pain in the long run. We will always give you the best advice and options which suit your personally.
After doing a comprehensive dental exam with x-rays needed, we will take time to present all treatment options to ensure you can make an informed decision. Both the pros and cons of treatment options will be addressed in an understandable manner verbally and pictorially as needed.
We will present in writing the treatment selected by you with a breakdown of out of pocket expense, insurance coverage, and total cost.
We set the mood for a relaxing visit by letting you listen to tranquil music or music that you prefer. Music is a powerful tool to reduce the stress and anticipation you may feel in the dental chair.
We also offer sunglasses to block out glare from lights. Blankets and a heating pad are available to aide in furthering your relaxation. A TENS unit is available to help relax aching jaw muscles for those susceptible individuals. Neck pillows are also available to support those muscles and give you comfort.
For some, the very thought of dental work causes anxiety. Sedation dentistry may be the solution. In addition to topical and local anesthetic, we offer nitrous oxide, commonly known as laughing gas. For deeper relaxation, oral sedation with a Valium like medicine is available. Lastly IV sedation for the severely phobic is available.
Be assured no treatment is performed without the patient being profoundly numb.
